These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Elodie Paramelle and users of her website for the purchase of personalised trip services offered on the site.
Rates
The prices of the services are indicated in euros, including all taxes. The prices are those in effect on the day of the order and may be changed at any time.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or via PayPal. The customer's banking information is encrypted and processed securely.
Delivery
After purchase, the client will receive a questionnaire to complete in order to personalise the trip.
The client must return the completed questionnaire within 5 days. Once received, the personalised trip document will be delivered within a maximum of 7 days.
The service includes one personalised itinerary based on the information provided in the questionnaire. No revisions or back-and-forth exchanges are included after delivery.
Due to the customised nature of the service, no refunds can be offered once the process has started.
